Having been a part of the downtown business area for so many years, Neal and Betty have seen many changes in the business community. These days, says Neal, things are on an upward swing. “The demographic seems to be shifting in a positive way downtown,” he notes. New buildings and renovations of old buildings have given the area a nice facelift. The area is full of character and class, thanks in part to its chic independent restaurants and eclectic cafes. “It seems like every week something new and positive is coming to downtown PG,” says Neal. “I am excited for the future.”
